The Customer, making an exchange using the Cash-bit service, gives his consent to the Contractor to process the Customer’s personal data entered by him into interactive forms posted on the Cash-bit service. The consent provided by the Customer to the Contractor is provided from the moment of the exchange and is as follows:

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”, the Customer, from the moment of making an exchange using this service, provides the Contractor with consent to the processing of the Customer’s personal data, defined and entered by him when filling out the corresponding online form of the Cashex service, namely: any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data. The list of personal data provided by the Customer to the Contractor is defined in the corresponding interactive form filled in by the Customer on the Cashex service. The Customer has the right to revoke the consent provided by him to the processing of his personal data by contacting the interactive feedback form provided on the Cashex service, or in another accessible way that allows the Contractor to get the Customer’s withdrawal of consent to the processing of his personal data.
